​Serena Shi holds a Master of Science in Engineering Business Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She previously served as an Engineering Manager at The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (Towngas). With over a decade of experience, Serena is also passionate about teaching piano to children and currently runs a piano studio in Katy. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, culinary exploration, and playing music with her family and friends.

Secretary

Xuan Jiang holds a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Heilongjiang University. She has operated a private company for over two decades and is deeply enthusiastic about volunteering, particularly with children's activities. In her personal time, she enjoys traveling and culinary exploration.

Finance Director

Christine Garcia holds a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. With nearly two decades of experience, she has served as a reservoir engineer and project manager for industry leaders such as Shell and Halliburton. Outside of her professional work, Christine enjoys traveling, watching films, and playing traditional Chinese instruments, including the Guqin and the bamboo flute.
