Instructional Team
Our instructional team is responsible for directly bringing hands-on teaching and quality mentorship to students. Whether they are teaching at a summer camp or volunteering during activities, they always bring their passion for engineering to inspire curiosity and guide eager learners. They each come from a background of unique STEM competitions and interests.

Srikar Reddy
Haowei Xu is a junior at Seven Lakes High School with a strong passion for math, engineering, and STEM education. He has competed in the AMC 10 and is currently preparing for the AMC 12. Haowei is an active member of Mu Alpha Theta and the National Honor Society, where he tutors and mentors younger students. He also serves as president of the Seven Lakes High School Table Tennis Club. Outside the classroom, Haowei enjoys playing chess, learning advanced math, and connecting with others. Haowei is a table tennis player with a rating of 1800, he has competed in major events such as the 2024 and 2025 U.S. National Table Tennis Championships and coaches kids in the sport during his free time. He also runs a Gaming YouTube channel with over 1,400 subscribers and nearly half a million views.
